This attractive and modern holiday home with swimming pool enjoys an excellent location near the beach and marina. The house is made up of a number of accommodation units which are connected by external stairs. Please note that the lowest ceiling height in the attic is 120 cm. On the large terrace to the front of the house, there is a swimming pool with counter-current system (which can be heated in winter), so you can enjoy swimming even on cooler days. The interior of the property is simple, yet modern, comfortable and cosy – providing the ideal base for exploring everything that the lovely local area has to offer. In the centre of the town of Kastela, there are numerous restaurants and shops, so you won’t have to venture far to find what you are looking for. There is also a sailing club nearby and the captivating cities of Split and Trogir are not far away. We would highly recommend taking a day trip to either or both of these wonderful towns to make the most of the plethora of cultural, historical and entertainment attractions as well as the excellent restaurants and lively bars. There are bikes, SUP and a kajak for shared use. Breakfast, land tour or boat tour with additional payment can be arranged with the landlord on site.
